2. Grade A vs Grade B
Grade A — Gourmet / Premium
Soft, oily, flexible, full of seeds.

Grade B — Extract Grade

3. How to Use Your Vanilla Bean
Split the bean gently along its length.
Scrape the seeds with the back of a knife.
Infuse the pod in your mixture to release maximum aroma.
Pro tip: Never throw the pod away.
Dry it and add it to sugar, coffee, or homemade vanilla extract.
